Serving West Central Illinois, with the majority of the properties in Knox, Warren, Henderson and Mercer Counties. The balance of the farms are in Fulton, Henry, Putnam, Peoria, DeKalb and DeWitt Counties.

Services offered:

• Evaluate current tenants and select new tenants when necessary, with the landowner’s approval
• Negotiate the various lease arrangements of managed acres
• Meet with the farm operator and develop a comprehensive annual crop plan
• Monitor grain markets with emphasis placed on profitable and timely grain marketing
• Pay bills and collect and deposit income
• Make periodic farm visits
• Maintain buildings and recommend and supervise improvements that will add value to the farm
• Establish conservation measures when needed
• Maintain complete and accurate accounting records, providing the landowner with emails, phone calls, financial reports and year end income tax reporting
• Invest funds in a sweep account for future payment of farm expenses or distributions to the owner
• Handle all Farm Service Agency program paperwork and details
• Maintain property, liability and crop insurance if necessary
